*Cancellation/No Show Policy: Cancellations received after the registration deadline but prior to the event will be refunded as long as we are able to fill the open spot. If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued without prior notification to the event chair. If the event has to be rescheduled for any reason, a refund of the full amount paid will be made to anyone unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date. Notification to the event chair of the inability to attend the rescheduled date is required with 48 hours of notification of the new date. If the event is canceled for any reason, a refund of the full amount paid will be made.
