Volunteering in NHPPA

We are a volunteer-powered organization, and proud of it!

Volunteers are at the heart of nearly everything NHPPA does. From helping with member meetings, educational programs and special events to communications, committees, website competitions and behind-the-scenes planning, our volunteers make it all possible.

The gift of your time is one of the most valuable contributions you can make to NHPPA. We are more than a group of photographers, we are a community brought together by a love of photography, education, creativity and connection. Every volunteer brings new ideas, talents and energy that help our organization grow and become even better.

Volunteering doesn’t have to mean making a huge commitment. Whether you can help for an hour at an event, take on a small project, share a particular skill or become more involved over time, there is a place for you.

And the rewards are pretty great: new friendships, stronger connections, opportunities to learn, and the satisfaction of knowing you helped make something happen for your fellow photographers.
