Annual Business Meeting and Vendor Appreciation Night
Attendance at the annual business meeting is a requirement to be eligible for scholarships to be awarded in June.
Our vendor members will be in attendance and will talk about what they offer and answer any questions you may have.
We will then continue with the business portion of the meeting per the Bylaws. The Association members will hear updates from the committee chairs and will vote in a new slate of officers for the 2020-21 fiscal year.
The Minutes of the 2019 Annual Business Meeting will be voted on for approval. These were published in an email to all members and are posted online on the NHPPA Board Room page in the members only content section.
Proposed Slate for 2020-21:
President: Tanya Hervey
1st Vice President: Chris Keeley
2nd Vice President: Bruce Denis
Treasurer: Jean Wozniak
Immediate Past President: Jim Carlen

During this meeting, the membership will also nominate and vote for the two open Director positions. These are:
- Vacated Two Year Term – to step in on June 1, 2020 and serve through May 31, 2022
- New Three Year Term – start June 1, 2020 and serve through May 31, 2023
