Annual Business Meeting and Vendor Appreciation Night
Attendance at the annual business meeting is a requirement to be eligible for scholarships to be awarded in June.
Our vendor members will be in attendance and will talk about what they offer and answer any questions you may have.
We will then continue with the business portion of the meeting per the Bylaws. The Association members will hear updates from the committee chairs and will vote in a new slate of officers for 2019-20.
The Minutes of the 2018 Annual Business Meeting will be voted on for approval. These were published in the November issue of the Hyponeer (pages 10-15) for your review.

During this meeting, the membership will also nominate and vote for the three open Director positions. These are:
Vacated One Year Term – to step in immediately and serve through May 31, 2020
Vacated Two Year Term – to step in immediately and serve through May 31, 2021
New Three Year Term – start June 1, 2019 and serve through May 31, 2022
